HanyuBase is free. Use it to create and print Chinese character worksheets for yourself, your family, or your classroom. Don't resell the site or its output as your own product.

2. Using the service

HanyuBase is provided free of charge, without an account. You may generate, download and print unlimited worksheets for personal, educational and classroom use — including distributing printed copies to students.

3. What you may not do

• Sell, bundle or redistribute HanyuBase worksheets or the site's content as part of a commercial product.
• Present the site or its output as your own service.
• Use automated means to hammer or scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others.

4. Content and accuracy

Stroke order, pinyin and definitions are provided from open data sources and curated by hand. While we work hard to keep them accurate, characters and readings can have regional or contextual variations — please double-check anything you rely on for formal teaching.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. HanyuBase is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site or its worksheets.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
